The Forsyth County Health Department provides the following services to safeguard the health of our children and adolescents:
Health Check:

Well child checkups for children 0-21 years of age

Medicaid, fee for service, sliding scale

Hearing, vision and dental screenings
WIC: Supplemental foods
for pregnant Women, infants, and children in need. Nutrition and breast
feeding education and counseling to meet individual needs.
Childhood Immunizations:
(6 weeks through 18 yrs) Vaccine for Children (VFC)
