Clinical Services

Clinical services, including WIC, are available at 428 Canton Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040

Clinical Hours:

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

** Closed Monday to Thursday from 12:30 - 1:00 PM for lunch.

The clinic closes once a month for staff meetings and/or inventory usually towards the end of the month. Notices will be placed accordingly.

Please call to verify times for specific services. Some services are conducted by appointment only.

Environmental Health Services

Environmental health services are available at 514 West Maple St. Suite 404, Cumming, GA 30040

Environmental Health Hours:

Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

** Closed daily from 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch.

Board of Health Meetings

2024 Board of Health Meetings - January 11, April 11, July 11, and October 10th.

All Board of Health meetings begin at 5pm in the conference room at the Forsyth County Health Department.
