Clinical Services
Clinical services, including WIC, are available at 428 Canton Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040
Clinical Hours:
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- ** Closed Monday to Thursday from 12:30 - 1:00 PM for lunch.
The clinic closes once a month for staff meetings and/or inventory usually towards the end of the month. Notices will be placed accordingly.
Please call to verify times for specific services. Some services are conducted by appointment only.
Environmental Health Services
Office Relocation Notice
Our Environmental Health office is moving to a new location.
The current office at 514 West Maple St. Suite 404, Cumming, GA 30040 will remain open through the end of business on March 26.
The office will be closed on March 27 and March 30 during the move.
We will reopen at our new location in 2435 Freedom Pkwy, Ste 2400, Cumming, GA 30041 on March 31.

Board of Health Meetings
2026 Board of Health Meetings - January 8, April 9, July 9, and October 8.
All Board of Health meetings begin at 5pm in the conference room at the Forsyth County Health Department.
