Directions

A - Nursing services are located at 428 Canton Rd. in Cumming Georgia. From Georgia 400, take Exit 15 (Bald Ridge Marina Rd). Go through downtown Cumming, following Highway 20 West towards Canton. Go approximately a half mile. The Health Department is on the left.

B - Environmental services are located at 514 West Maple Suite 404, near the intersection with Kelly Mill Rd.
