Directions

A - Nursing services are located at 428 Canton Rd. in Cumming Georgia.  From Georgia 400, take Exit 15 (Bald Ridge Marina Rd).  Go through downtown Cumming, following Highway 20 West towards Canton.  Go approximately a half mile. The Health Department is on the left.

B - Our Environmental Health office is moving to a new location. The current office at 514 West Maple St. Suite 404, Cumming, GA 30040 will remain open through the end of business on March 26, 2026. The office will be closed on March 27 and March 30 during the move. We will reopen at our new location in 2435 Freedom Pkwy, Ste 2400, Cumming, GA 30041 on March 31.
